LFDgood Business Policies
- One Guest Policy: LFDgood is designed to serve one guest at a time to ensure personalized, high-quality service. We kindly ask that children or individuals not receiving services refrain from accompanying the guest.
- Shampoo Services: All appointments include a wash and blow dry, except for hair care services such as trims and thermal treatments. Clients may choose to opt out of the wash and blow dry service, but please note that the price will remain the same.
- Hair Requirements for Braided Styles: Basic color braiding hair is provided for braided styles. Any additional hair required (e.g., non-braiding hair) must be provided by the guest unless otherwise discussed with the stylist prior to the appointment.
- Deposit Requirement: A 35% deposit is required at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email one week prior to your scheduled appointment. The email will include the deposit link, service total, deposit amount, and appointment date and time.
- Deposit Application: Deposits will be applied to the total cost of services, provided that the appointment is kept as scheduled.
- Consultation-Only Services: For services requiring a consultation, your stylist will contact you by phone for the consultation, and based on your needs, a personalized quote will be provided. A detailed invoice will be emailed to you. If the deposit is not made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice, the appointment will be canceled
- Deposit Terms:
- Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- Non-Transferable: Deposits cannot be transferred to other appointments or guests.
- Late Policy:
- Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is granted for all appointments.
- Late Fee: After 15 minutes, a late fee of $10.00 will be applied.
- Appointment Cancellation: If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.
